Naima Gul Pakistan’s First Female Pilot

Pakistan has a lot of hidden potential and abilities that is seen in every field when they are given opportunity. Naima Gul is just 12 years old girl from Mingora, she has become the first female pilot of the 9th squadron of the Pakistan Army aviation. She is suffering from thalassaemia still she has inborn talent. She flew Lama helicopter while she is studying in 4th grade. This is something extra ordinary from her which should be appreciated.

Naima Gul requested Chief of Army staff that she wants to be the first female pilot in Pakistan Army aviation. General Ashfaq Kiyani advised army to help her in fulfilling her dream. Naima Gul said that she does not that how far she will be able to manage with her permanent ailment but she has fulfilled her dream. Being a patriot, she is willing to live for her country and even to sacrifice her life if her country needed.

During her flight, she rescued an injured army soldier in mock mission. She was briefed by Major Zahid followed by Commander Lt General Yasin Malik. Commander 11 corps were also in this meeting who assured her that they will help her in fulfilling her dreams.

She is intended to open a medical center for poor people and thalassaemia patients which will provide them free disprol injections. She wants to open Naima Gul foundation.  One day, she will surely be able to fulfill this dream too.
